A free account includes 3 tasks a day and 120 minutes a month. Your guest task and usage move to your account; signing up does not reset usage.
Automatic language detection handles the recording. Your selected language is translated automatically after transcription. Review the original and translation together. Video translation produces text and subtitles; it does not create a dubbed video.
From recording to translated text
- 01
Upload your Arabic video
Upload the original recording directly on this page. Use a file with clear speech and let automatic language detection identify the spoken language. Keep background music and overlapping voices as low as possible.
- 02
Check the Arabic transcript
Read the original transcript and automatic translation on this page while listening to the recording. Check names, numbers, and missed words, then save any text corrections.
- 03
Translate into English and export
The English translation is generated automatically with your transcript. Compare it with the original and download TXT, SRT, or VTT directly. Sign in to save the task and access account export formats.
Make the translation useful
Arabic presentations may combine right-to-left slide text with English product names or figures. Translate the spoken audio, then check the English script against the visible labels. Numbers and mixed-direction text need a manual pass in exported captions, especially when an identifier includes both letters and digits. Watch the result during the original video so captions explain the same object or slide the presenter is discussing.
What to check in your recording
- Verify mixed Arabic/Latin identifiers and number order in captions.
- Check visual slide labels manually; only spoken audio is transcribed.

Export SRT or VTT to import translated captions into a video editor. Review reading speed, line breaks, and the timing around scene changes before publishing. TXT is also available directly; account users can additionally export DOCX, PDF, or CSV for a script or handout. Subtitle export does not burn captions into the video.
Ways to use the translated text
- English subtitles for Arabic presentations
- Translated Arabic educational videos
- English scripts for product walkthroughs
Supported file formats
3GP, MKV, MOV, MP4, MPG, TS, WEBM, WMV
Before you upload
What should I review when translating Arabic video into English?
Compare dates, figures, and product names with the slide while reviewing the transcript. Spoken audio and written labels may use different terminology. Preview the English subtitle file in the intended player to check punctuation and direction-sensitive identifiers before publishing, rather than judging only the exported text.
Can I keep the Arabic transcript as well?
Yes. The original transcript remains available in the task alongside the translation. Check it against the recording, correct errors, and select the original or translated version when exporting. A translation should not be treated as a word-for-word record of what the speaker said.
Does this translate the video’s speech or text shown on screen?
This workflow transcribes the spoken audio in an uploaded video. It does not perform OCR on slides, signs, or embedded captions, and it does not replace the spoken voice. Add any important on-screen spelling when you review the original transcript.
Do I need an account, and is translation free?
Try one task a day without signing in, with up to 30 minutes per recording and 120 minutes a month. The selected translation is included. A free account allows 3 tasks a day and saves your results; guest usage is carried over.
Which export formats are available?
Guest results can be downloaded as TXT, SRT, or VTT. Sign in for DOCX, PDF, and CSV exports. SRT and VTT preserve segment timings for subtitles. Check terminology and subtitle readability before sharing the translated result.
