Data We Process

We process uploaded audio, generated audio files, and transcription metadata to provide Audio-to-Text and Text-to-Audio services. This includes file names, content type, duration, and any text you input or generate through our platform.

Retention Policy

Original audio is retained for 365 days by default. Signed-in users can choose never, 1 month, 7 days, 1 day, or 1 hour. When the selected period ends, the original audio is permanently removed from active storage; transcripts, summaries, and exports remain until the user deletes them.

Deletion Mechanism

You may request deletion of your stored media at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Deletion requests are processed within 72 hours. Upon deletion, all copies of your data are permanently removed from our systems.

No AI Training

We do not use customer uploads, audio, transcripts, summaries, or exports to train AI models.

Third-Party Services

We use third-party cloud services for storage and AI processing. Approved providers are contractually bound to protect customer data, use it only to provide the requested service, and not use it to train AI models.

Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and authentication state. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising trackers. Analytics data is anonymized and aggregated.
