Copyright and Content Rights
You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to upload, transcribe, and synthesize any content you provide. By using our service, you confirm that you own or have licensed all rights to such content.
Sensitive Content
Do not use this service for unlawful, abusive, or disallowed sensitive content. We reserve the right to restrict or suspend access for users who violate these terms. Sensitive content includes but is not limited to CSAM, terrorist material, and content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.
Usage and Billing
Token consumption is based on configured metering rules and is shown before transcription submission where available. All charges are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement.
Disputes and Appeals
You may submit billing disputes or failed-transcription appeals through the in-app support channel. We aim to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receiving a complete appeal.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or a prominent notice on our website.
